By accessing or using the GresIQ website at gresiq.com or joining the early-access programme, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

GresIQ is in active development. Features described on this site represent the intended product experience and may change, ship on a different timeline, or be withdrawn. Code samples labelled “preview” illustrate the planned developer experience and are not a guarantee of current availability. The roadmap is the source of truth for what is live today.

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any unlawful way or in breach of these terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data, including the email-capture and contact features.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorised to provide.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular service level. Early-access invitations are offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of invitation.

The GresIQ name, wordmark, site design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. Open-source components are governed by their own licences — see the GresIQ repositories on GitHub. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

The site links to third-party resources, including documentation, GitHub, and the smbCloud Platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GresIQ and smbCloud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the early-access programme.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by revising the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
