Privacy Policy

GresIQ is the data and memory layer for AI apps, operated as part of smbCloud Platform (“GresIQ”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the GresIQ website at gresiq.com and the early-access programme. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the site, that may include:

• Contact details you provide. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the email address you submit and any message you send.
• Usage and device data. Basic, aggregated technical information such as browser type, approximate region, and pages visited, used to keep the site reliable and secure.
• Communications. Records of correspondence when you email us or reply to an early-access message.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not sell personal information.

• To operate, secure, and improve the GresIQ website.
• To contact you about early access, product updates you opted into, and responses to your enquiries.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can make it better.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We rely on your consent for marketing communications and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site for everything else. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and our communications (for example, hosting, email, and analytics providers), and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep waitlist and contact details for as long as the early-access programme is active or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be retained longer. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@gresiq.com. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
